Powell Fitness Solutions, LLC offers a variety of online services and packages for the goal oriented client ranging from local to international.

Each area of emphasis displayed below offers 3 different "Solution" packages (S1, S2, S3) to suit your fitness/ sport related or monetary needs. NOTE: Additional services and contracts are possible if needed.  

Each Solution involves an initial free (60 minute) consultation to learn about life barriers, training status, training history, health history, etc, and to determine the client/ coach suitability.

Sports Performance Training and Programs

These training and programming Solutions are designed for Coaches or Parents who want to take their athlete's training to the next level. All programs are specialized by sport, age, programming goals and seasonal variability for managing fatigue and maximizing performances in the gym, on the field, court, etc. to assure translation to competitive success. Program duration typically involves 4 weeks to 12 months based on seasonal training and goals. Local and national services are available.

These training plans are for those with and without diabetes.

Endurance Performance Training and Racing Programs

These Solutions are designed to help the recreational to professional endurance athlete excel in their respected disciplines and events. Specific training goals for recreation or competitive athletes are assessed and individualized to meet the athlete where they are and where they want to be. Plans involve event searching and training plans, pacing strategies, movement specific weight training programming for muscular strength, power or endurance (if desired) and injury reduction. Each plan is individualized and periodized as little as 4 weeks to 12 months based on seasonal training and goals.

Clinical Exercise Programs

These Solutions are designed to help the person with a particular chronic condition(s) understand the interaction between their condition(s) and exercise. Exercise plans are individualized for each person and strategies to overcome barriers and improve fitness and wellness are addressed. Examples include but are not limited to: Diabetes (type 1, type 2), weight management, and cardiovascular conditions. Each plan is individualized and can be tailored to weeks or months based on goals.

General Health and Fitness

These Solutions are designed for the client seeking a comprehensive fitness and health program. Exercise history, goals, pre-plan assessments and evaluations are provided for individualized training programs. Examples in this category include but are not limited to: aerobic fitness training, muscular fitness (weight training), weight management strategies, etc. Each plan is individualized and can be tailored to weeks or months based on goals.

Consulting Services

My consulting Solutions are designed for coaches, businesses, healthcare, etc seeking best practices and programming advice and creations. Local and national services are available via virtual or in person.
