What to Expect as a Client

Expect

Scientific Fundamentals not Fads There is no single, ideal approach to coaching and creating fitness and sport plans as each client is unique with different goals, movement abilities, physiological requirements, life responsibilities and other challenges.

Expect

A Bucket Filling Approach
Athletes and individuals have other training responsibilities and life interests. Simply overflowing buckets with the same exercise programs from sport or fitness classes is overuse and neglect. Expect to fill the empty physiological buckets required for success. NOT more of the same.

Expect

A Mutual Learning Environment
Coaching is educating. Therefore, clients should be forever learning through the process. Also, coaching is learning. Not only from personal experiences, scientific foundations or practical training principles, but also from their clients and their client's experiences.
